Who We Are 

The Copiah County School District serves approximately 3,000 students in grades K-12 at Crystal Springs and Wesson.  Located in Southwest Mississippi, we are a short drive from shopping and dining in the Jackson Metro area and close enough for a day trip to Biloxi or New Orleans.  Come visit and see what we have to offer.  Our rural setting takes you away from the daily traffic found in larger cities but not too far to enjoy the conveniences of big city living.

Our district is focused on the professional growth of our teachers, and we support our teachers as they strive to learn new skills.  Opportunities for earning Continuing Education Credits are held on our campuses regularly.  We believe that by committing to the development and continuous support of those leading our classrooms, we will ensure students receive the quality education that they deserve.
